Cory Brim is an entrepreneur and business owner who built a seven-figure company from the ground up by focusing on systems, consistency, and real-world execution.

He is the founder of Sugar Rim Bar, a full-service mobile bar and event company that began as a one-man operation and now staffs hundreds of hospitality professionals across Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, California, and Georgia.

As the business grew, Cory expanded into luxury portable restrooms and related event services, creating additional revenue streams and scaling nationally. He is also a top U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer in Temple Hills, Maryland.

Cory’s journey hasn’t been linear. After experiencing job loss and a period of personal hardship, he made a conscious decision to rebuild with intention, structure, and persistence.

Today, Cory focuses on sharing practical guidance around earning, scaling, and creating financial stability through business and side hustles. His approach centers on strategies that work in real life, not hype.
